(Updated: )

In notifications are categorized by severity, so you always know what’s urgent and what’s purely informational. Below is a detailed alerts break-down in Moonlock:

  1. Critical Alerts: Immediate threats like active malware, ransomware attempts, or unauthorized system changes. These require your attention right away.
  2. Warning Alerts: Potential issues such as outdated definitions, disabled protection modules, or suspicious app behavior. These may not be dangerous yet but should be reviewed.
  3. Informational Alerts: Status updates, successful scans, or suggestions from the Security Advisor. These are helpful but not urgent.

Each alert includes a clear description and recommended next steps, with options to resolve the issue directly from the notification or within the app.
