Redeem a code or transfer a license

To link a code to your MacPaw account to begin using the app, follow the steps below:

1. Open Moonlock or visit MacPaw website.
2. Sign in to your account or create a new one if needed.
3. Go to Settings (app) or Subscriptions dashboard (website), look for License > Redeem Code or Enter Activation Code.
4. Enter the code exactly as provided.
5. The app/account verifies the code and activates your subscription or features.

If you're moving to a new Mac or replacing a device, follow these steps to transfer a license:

1. Sign out of your MacPaw account.
2. Install Moonlock on your new Mac.
3. Sign in with your existing account — your license will carry over.

If you're on a Family plan, you can also manage licenses and assign seats through your MacPaw online account.
