GDPR/CCPA requests

(Updated: )

Our full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) means that you are in full control of your personal data.

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data MacPaw may hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete your data permanently — the “right to be forgotten”.
  • Restrict or object to data processing.
  • Export your data in a portable format.

Submitting a GDPR/CCPA personal data management request in Moonlock takes just a few simple steps:

  1. Go to your Privacy settings in the app.
  2. Choose the type of request (Access, Deletion, etc.)
  3. Verify your identity for security reasons.
  4. Click Send.

Please be informed that all personal data management requests are processed in compliance with applicable legal timelines (typically within 30 days).
